Refund Policy
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Funds typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider
PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1 business day after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
1. Mail us at service@thecashmerelife.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return
2. Our support team will provide return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method(we don't offer a return label; you need to pay the return shipping fee).
4. Share the tracking number with us after dispatch.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Items must not be damaged or altered
We do not accept returns for:
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized or personalized items
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return cost or provide a full refund
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
To request an exchange:
- Follow the same steps as the return process
- Specify the item you wish to receive
Once your return is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days.
Cancel Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at service@thecashmerelife.co
Once an order has been shipped:
- It cannot be canceled
- You may return the item after delivery, following our return policy
📬 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
