• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next 1–2 business days.
• Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, a second email with tracking information will be sent.

• Orders below $99 USD: $9.99 USD shipping fee

📍 Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses for express delivery.
• Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

💼 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.

If you are charged additional fees:

2. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 3–5 business days
