Return Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, contact service@thecashmerelife.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send an e-mail to service@thecashmerelife.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Follow up on the instructions we sent in the email.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping, don't use expedited, expensive shipping). Please send us the return tracking number after shipping out(we don't offer a return label; you need to pay the return shipping fee). If the return is on our responsibility (such as shipping the wrong products or defective products), we will provide a refund for your return.

5. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

 

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you; if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

2. The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance,  Customized Items

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. 

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

5. You should pay the return delivery charge, which is non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

6. For a refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. In exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.

 

Exchange Policy

Regarding the exchange, steps 1-3 are the same as those outlined in the Return Rule. Please let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange, and we will ship your replacement item(s) within one week after your return parcel is received.

 

Cancel Policy

The first step is to send an email to service@thecashmerelife.com with all the necessary information, stating that you wish to cancel your order.

We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. Please wait for your package to arrive, and then you may either keep it or contact us to arrange a return/exchange. You will have to be responsible for the postage required to send the original item to our collection warehouse. In the case of a return, your payment will be refunded to you after we confirm the receipt of the order at our collection warehouse.
