Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact service@thecashmerelife.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.
1. Send an e-mail to service@thecashmerelife.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Follow up the instructions we send in the email.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping about $5-$10 for customers in the US, don't use expedited expensive shipping). Send us the return tracking number after shipping out(we don't offer a return label, you need to pay the return shipping fee).
4. If you need to return more than 4 items(including 4 ) we'll charge 10%-20% handling from your total amount of these returns
5. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
